With explicit\u00a0practice\u00a0and intentional\u00a0reflection, we can\u00a0improve\u00a0in our work and ultimately help students grow in our communities. I place great value in promoting curiosity and inquiry. I believe in fostering strong partnerships with clients. In my work, I embrace multiple viewpoints and listen actively with an open heart and open mind to all constituencies while adding in my knowledge and expertise in the field of education to help schools reach their specific goals.
